At Arrowhead Ranch Flower Farm, we’re passionate about sending you the happiest, healthiest dahlia tubers possible. We carefully check each tuber as if it were going into our own garden, so rest assured, your order leaves our farm in tip-top shape!
That said, sometimes life throws a curveball (or a rogue root). If something doesn’t seem quite right when your tubers arrive, here’s what to do:
1. Check Your Tubers ASAP
Give your tubers a once-over as soon as they arrive. If you notice anything unusual, send us a quick email at arrowheadranchflowerfarm@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. The sooner, the better!
2. No Returns, No Replacements
While we don’t offer refunds or replacements, we’re happy to chat about any concerns. Just remember, after 7 days, we can’t offer assistance—it’s time for those tubers to shine in the soil!
3. A Few Things Out of Our Control
We wish we could control the weather, pests, or how much attention your tubers get, but alas, we cannot. Once they’re in your hands, their future depends on storage, planting conditions, and a little love from you.
4. No Social Media DMs, Please
While we love connecting on Instagram and Facebook, it’s not the best place to troubleshoot. Stick to email so we can respond quickly and thoroughly.
